Abstract

This research investigates the critical role of robust knowledge management (KM) systems in strengthening organizational resilience, particularly during unforeseen crises. It explores how effective KM practices, including knowledge capture, sharing, and utilization, enable organizations to adapt quickly, make informed decisions, and recover efficiently from disruptions. The study employs a qualitative case study approach, analyzing multiple organizations' responses to recent crises (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters) to identify best practices and critical success factors for KM-driven resilience.
